Myo Wellness offers an integrated approach to massage therapy. Simply select the desired session length, and the rest will be customized according to your areas of focus, preference for pressure, and overall wellness goals.  There are no extra charges for deeper pressure, specific modalities, or special tools. The following manual therapies may be incorporated into your session:

  • Swedish Massage

  • Deep Tissue Massage

  • Prenatal Massage

  • Cupping Therapy

  • Myofascial Release Therapy

  • CranioSacral Therapy

  • Stretching

 

The massage therapist will work with each client to determine an individualized treatment plan which may include techniques such as effleurage, petrissage, compression, cross-fiber friction, myofascial release, craniosacral, cupping, stretching, range of motion, and/or hot or cold applications. Client feedback is not only encouraged but necessary to ensure successful treatment.

30 Minute Focused Cupping Session
$45

This 30 minute session is designed for cupping specific treatment plans. Cupping is an ancient therapy that utilizes suction to relax muscle tissue, improve circulation, and stimulate the lymphatic system. If you need to focus on one or two areas of pain or dysfunction, cupping can help address those areas in a shortened session.


This session is ideal for sciatica and abdominal treatments, among many others!

 

60 Minute Customized Massage Therapy Session
$70

A 60 minute session is great for providing a full body treatment. It can also be used to focus on larger areas such as upper body, lower body, or back and neck. Add cupping to any customized session for no extra charge.​

This session is ideal for new clients, prenatal sessions, and those looking for a full body treatment.

90 Minute Customized Massage Therapy Session
$100

The optimal choice! A 90 minute session allows for more intentional bodywork. This session is great for combining full body treatments with detailed work in targeted areas. It can also be beneficial for more thorough work across a specific area such as upper body, lower body, or back and neck. Add cupping to any customized session for no extra charge.

This session is ideal for detailed bodywork, chronic pain or tension, and deep relaxation.

120 Minute Customized Massage Therapy Session
$130

Looking for a complete treatment to thoroughly cover all areas of the body? A 120 minute session offers sufficient time to address all of your wellness goals. Perfect for incorporating stretching and a variety of techniques. Add cupping to any customized session for no extra charge.

This session is ideal for returning clients, those with extensive wellness goals, and those looking for a thorough full body treatment. 

Mobile Massage

Myo Wellness offers mobile massage upon request. Receive treatment from the comfort of your own home, backyard, or office. This service is ideal for those with busy schedules and allows multiple family members to receive a massage at the same visit.

Chair Massage

Chair massage can be a great morale booster for your employees or a fun addition to your next party! This service is performed in 5-20 minute increments with clients fully clothed. Your massage therapist will provide a portable chair specifically designed for this type of massage.
